Our wines:
The 2014 vintage is a beautiful garnet red with fresh red fruit (black currant, mulberry) aromas and vanilla notes. The mouth is full, full, oily, delicate and elegant. Strong tannin structure and fruity aroma. A hint of spice and vanilla at the end.
Recommended dishes: Serve with stewed beef and roast lamb.
It is recommended that this wine is best drunk after three to five years of storage.

Grape variety:
90% Merlot, 10% Pinot.
Most of the vines are around 45 years old, with a few around 15 years old.
Only 4,900 bottles are produced per hectare.
Brewing process:
All the grapes were picked by hand, after being destemmed and broken, they were entered into cold impregnation pre-fermentation process, and alcohol fermentation was carried out at controlled temperature. Malo-lactic acid fermentation was carried out in oak barrels and aged in French oak barrels for more than 10 months.

The vineyard is located on a hill in the world Heritage town of Saint-Tiemmeron. Calcareous clay and siliceous clay.
